Education for kids should be made fun. Small children due to their immaturity cannot understand the value of education and learning. If they made to study in a gloomy environment, they will get distracted from school as well as from studies. So, Delhi pre-schools and schools have decided to take the initiative to introduce the education with fun and smart methods. The cartoon is the only thing which attracts the innocent minds of the small children. If learning gets mixed up with cartoon characters, studies will be colourful for them.
In another way, kids must be smart and healthy. If they are forced to face the colourless world of education from the very beginning of their life, the kids are sure to feel distracted from the books. So schools in Delhi introduced POGO classes into their normal daily schedule. The kids become active and they get attracted towards school and classes easily. It was named as Bheem’s Masti Ki Class in which kids would be given chances to play with the person disguised as Chhota Bheem. The SCP or School Contact Program introduced the new type learning method across many schools in Delhi and outside.
The Chhota Bheem classes will be done in the school campus only. It is planned to spread over 8 cities in about 550 schools. This school contact program decided to equip the schools with interesting and colourful character toys so that kids can enjoy their school. The masti class by Chhota Bheem will teach the children all the ethics Bheem follows. They will also enjoy learning few tricks and tips which they enjoy watching them on television.
The masti class is planned to spread throughout the schools. A separate class will be allotted within the scheduler of the normal classes. The class is mainly for the pre-school kids and children till class V. The classrooms would be made decorative. The master class by Chhota Bheem will interact with each and every child to bring them out from shyness and make smart and interactive.
The announced program is decided to be held with more than 5 lakh students from various schools all over India. Kids will be taught etiquettes and can learn through quizzes and various contests and games. The POGO team will cover over more than 100 schools in Delhi itself. On August 21, 2013, the cartoon team visited Ryan International School situated in Vasant Kunj suddenly to shock the children. The kids were overwhelmed to meet their toon hero personally. Bheem showed some his tricks to the children and they were really excited.
According to the network head and senior director at Kids, South Asia, Turner International India Pvt.Ltd., Krishna Desai, said that Chhota Bheem’s team had been performing this class since few years and it is really very interesting for the kids. The small children not gets excited to see their toon star in front of themselves but also gets to learn many etiquettes which helps them to become smart, interactive and healthy like Chhota Bheem.
