India is a country where a person can avail any kind of education. May it be engineering or medical, a person can attain any degree as he or she may like. Recently, the need of dental education has increased a lot and in order to satisfy this need a lot of people have taken initiative to open some nice colleges that are able to provide the BDS degree to the potential students. Though a lot of colleges have been opened and a lot of people are availing the degree, even then there are some places in India that does not have a dental clinic or a dental surgeon to check the condition of their teeth.
When we come to the price or the fee of setting up a dental clinic then the statistics show that it is much more than one can think off. The education relating to dental is also higher as compared to any other education. The main increase in the cost of a dental clinic is its equipments or the instruments. The instruments that are bought are very much high and moreover in order to see the patients some higher rates are charged that cannot be afforded in the small towns or villages so the dentists try to build a dental clinic in the larger cities or metropolitan ones that have got some rich families there and can also afford the expenses that are required during the check up.
Teeth are an important part in our body. Without the teeth a person will unable to eat or chew or even talk properly and now days with all the junk food available in the streets people are damaging their teeth within no time as a result they find themselves toothless at an age far before than the actual age which might hamper their health. So a dental clinic has been a necessity in every city now days. Without the dental clinic people will find themselves helpless.
The education regarding the dental services is now provided in many centers and colleges. The people who have a BDS degree are capable of providing the services to the people. However, with the lack of desired equipments it almost becomes impossible for a BDS graduate to provide the services and the instruments come at a much higher rate than desired price because some of the equipments that are required to do the check ups are not manufactured in India rather they are brought to India from the foreign countries as a result the price of the equipment increases and so the fee of the patient also.
In order to avoid the extra cost, the country must manufacture its own products and supply them to the country. In fact some initiative has been taken in some cities but has not been applied to all the cities. So this must be done as soon as possible and if possible some small dental clinics can be opened in villages also for primary checkups that can ensure healthy teeth of a person.
