Managed and run by the Indian armed forces, AFMC is one of the most well known medical institutes across the country. The admissions in AFMC are granted on the basis of the AIPMT exam. Upon completing MBBS, each student needs to serve in the medical unit of the armed forces for at least 7 years.
3. Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC), Delhi
Affiliated to the University of Delhi, MAMC has continuously been ranked as one of the top medical colleges in the country. Boasting of 250 undergraduate seats, MAMC caters to over 10 million patients which come from all parts of the country. The students are admitted on the basis of DUMET (Delhi University Medical Entrance Test).
4. Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC), Delhi
