Pushpa Ragam who is a 35 year old teacher in Hyderabad says how she has evolved her students over the years. She feels happy about how quickly her students have been able to learn from her and has expelled in English Language. She is a government school teacher there. She spoke to the media on her joy after having an interaction with the AKDN.
The Aga Khan Academy is a part of the Aga Khan Development Network. The academy trains students on various outreach programs. This is a great initiative taken in order to increase the capabilities of the students at a very young age. The Academy is scheduled to open on the 20th of September officially for the students. The academy could be a very good way of bringing out the best in students.
The organization has very good intentions. They not only want to improve on the standard of education that is provided to the students. They also want to improve on the teaching methods used across the country. They want to provide better teaching skills to the teachers of the country. The main motive of the organization is to build people who can dare to take up leadership of the country in future.
There are 18 such academies across the world that strives to fulfill their goals on an international basis. They look to provide better training to the teachers. They are looking at the big picture to take India to the top. They are making a lot of progress in the field of English. They want to improve the English language in the country. The progress of the organization looks very steady at the moment.
They do not believe in the old and primitive methods of teaching a student. They are looking forward to teaching the students in a more effective way. The old methods have been tried and tested for years and the results are not satisfactory by any means. They are looking forward to making the new methods count.
According to the latest methods implemented by the organization in training, they are not going to push the students to the limit in order to teach them. Instead they plan to teach and train the teachers in a better way so that they can impart the knowledge to the students in a better way. This is more likely to work for the current generation.
