1.Just remind yourself of the struggle you face before the Day of the examination or the day when your result is declared.
Sympathizing and Self Pitying yourself won't tow you any far than doing the same thing for the entire of your life. Rather just reckon the ambience of your house on the day you appear in an examination or the day you get a report of your efforts.
2. Opening the book and looking at the walls and letting your imagination explore the strange possibilities? Are you in the same situation?
Set an objective
Just give your brain a nudge and think of the things you plan to do after you complete a particular chapter. Only once you have completed you can uprightly enjoy your desires. Be true to yourself. Only when you have achieved the set objective, allow yourself to indulge in the activities that bring bliss in your life.
3.Think of the positive or pleasant experiences in life.
Many people actually do this. Pondering over the incidents or occasions that stir optimistic feelings really helps you build the focus when the trance of the elated contemplation is over.
4. Start off with subjects/chapters you are more interested in or the ones you have already gone through once
Doing this will boost u up and encourage you that atleast you are well versed with some topics or subjects. The power to memorize other topics will increase certainly.
5. Act to yourself! As if you are actually teaching someone or after reading a topic try explaining it to someone
Try this method, it won't betray you. Seriously just try it. The reason is that when we have to explain the thing to someone else we try to understand it in a better way.
6. Speaking and Walking While Cramming Points
Also speaking helps to imbibe the point's .For some the best way to learn is by speaking the points and walking slowly. It makes us active, helping us to focus on the subject.
7. Listen to a song and then start off
Maximum people lay off their stress by listening their favourite tunes. It releases the strain and helps to refresh the aura.
8. Reciting the holy hymns
Though the majority generation today is not religiously enlightened, some of the very bright students adopt this. Might sound bizarre but once faith is restored in adopting the pious customs, not only it increases the concentration also helps in all over advancement.
