In India, English is actually just an assistant language. Hindi is the most spoken language after the regional language. But knowing English has a big role in getting success in career, social life and education. English is such a language which is used worldwide. India is called as a land with various diversities. It has various language, religion, food and clothing. The language that joins each corporate sector and also human being of any religion is English.

The importance of English language learning in India can be because of many reasons. As said above one of the main reasons is its diversity. A Tamil guy can't speak in Hindi with a Punjabi guy, but they can easily use English as a medium of communication. This helps in fluent communication without any gap. At this point of time, if we drop English as a medium of higher studies, then we can fall back many years in the education field. Instead of changing the whole medium, it's better to give the basic knowledge of English from the start.

In India, English is a language that represents higher brainpower, better schooling and better culture. Generally people who know fluent English will always try to speak in English during any conversation. According to the corporate people of India, the workers who are fluent in English are smarter and confident than those who aren't.

English is an important language in many systems like legal, financial, business, education and career. India was a British colony once, and it was highly influenced by the British. Nowadays, most of the schools are also a totally English medium. Due to this all students are becoming more and more comfortable in English. Some students know English more than their own mother tongue language. All this is because of the growing success of English in India.

Computer, mobile phones are the technology that we generally used every day. Now in that also English plays a big role. This is because in these types of modern gadgets the default language interface is always English. Technology is one of the main factors of development. If its instructions are also shown to the user in English then we have to know about the basic parts of English to operate them well.
The whole world is actually very close to each other because of the big network and the common language. It is a language which can be found in the courts, offices and even in the constitution. It is rooted deeply in the word India and result in joining the whole world in a link. The importance of English language learning in India has no limits and should be compulsory for the betterment of this country.
