EXCELSIOR MUN 2018 | Conference in Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology (SNIST,Hyderabad) takes great pride and pleasure in inviting you to its third edition of the Model United Nations conference, Excelsior MUN which will be held from 23-25 February 2018.

Excelsior MUN 2018 is being conducted at Hyderabad Marriott Hotels and Convention Center. This edition of MUN we are simulating four different committees and International Press. The four different committees are :

1) UNGA- DISARMAMENT AND INTERNATIONAL SECURITY (UNGA-DISEC)

2) UN HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL(UNHRC)

3) JOINT CRISIS COMMITTEE (JCC)

4)      INTERNATIONAL ATOMIC ENERGY AGENCY (IAEA)

DELEGATION rules:

Representation in all 4 committees is mandatory. Presence in the International Press is optional. However, marks will be allotted to the Best Reporter and Best Photographer accordingly and can make a difference in the final standings.

Independent delegations are allowed to participate as well.

Marking Scheme :

a) Best Delegate or Equivalent Award: 5 points.

b) High Commendation(s) or Equivalent Award: 3 points.

c) Special Mention(s) or Equivalent Award: 1 point.
