Festember is the annual inter-college cultural extravaganza of NIT Trichy, one of the best of its kind in South India. Misconstrued as a Fest in September, the actual origin of Festember is A fest to remember. The fest has college students of South India swarming over to compete in various events like dance, music, arts and lits for the coveted Festember Rolling Trophy and the enormous prize money. Apart from this, the fest conducts innovative workshops and organises pro-nites where prominent celebrities entertain the crowd with some breath-taking performaces.
