- Meet sports teams and sign up for start of year trials. From Dance to Football, and Athletics to Rugby, there are dozens of sports teams to join. If you don't fancy joining a team, visit the Sport Brighton stall and find out about their non-competitive sports prgramme, Parklife.
- Meet societies and join up on the spot. With around 100 active societies, we have something for everyone! Societies are a great way to meet people with similar interests and make new friends; ranging from faith-based groups, leisure, culture, arts, academic and more we hope you'll the society you're looking for. If not, chat to our societies team at the Fair and find out how to start your own society.
- Visit SU and University stalls to pick up all the information you need for the year ahead. The SU team will be out in force at the Fairs, come and chat to us about all we have planned for Freshtival and the year ahead. The University will also have stalls for all of their student services such as Accommodation, Careers, Reprographics and more so you'll be more than prepared for the start of term.
- Grab as many freebies and discount vouchers as you can at stalls run by local and national businesses. We invite student-friendly businesses to the Fair to help you learn a bit about your new town. Loads of them offer student discounts and bring vouchers and freebies to the Fair with them, so collect your SU bag at the entrance to the Fair and fill it up!
- Find out all about the fantastic nightlife by visiting the bars and clubs stalls. The top venues from Brighton, Eastbourne and Hastings will be at each Fair - when planning a night out you'll be spoilt for choice! Find out what each club and bar has to offer and when they hold their student nights.
