i2I, the flagship business plan competition of E-Cell IIM Calcutta is bigger and better this year!
In order to match the maturity level of the start-up with the appropriate support that it might require, i2I plans to classify the start-ups in 2 categories –Early Start-Up Stage and Mature Start-Ups.
Prizes for each category are as follows:
Early Stage Start-up Track : First Round Submission 30 November 2013
Cash prizes up to Rs. 1,00,000.
Top 3 teams will get qualified for regional round of TiE B-Plan Competition subject to fulfilment of criteria listed in ‘Additional Requirements for Rice Track’ section ofTiE competition guidelines.
Top 3 teams will be considered for Incubation support from IIM Calcutta.
Mentorship and support from TiE members and IIM-C faculty.
Mature Stage Start-up Track : First Round Submission 15 December 2013
The finalists will be considered for a funding support of up to $1Million by i2I’s funding partners.
Top 3 teams will get qualified for regional round of TiE B-Plan Competition subject to fulfilment of criteria listed in ‘Additional Requirements for Rice Track’ section of TiE competition guidelines.
Top 3 teams will be considered for Incubation support from IIM Calcutta.
Mentorship and support from TiE members and IIM-C faculty.
Webinars and one-to-one mentoring sessions by senior entrepreneurs and investors
