After 10 years of glorious development as an engineering institution, GECK conducted its first National level technical festival “Lakshya’11†in 2011. Despite the blistering heat of March, GECK remained a festive beehive of knowledge and fun. WIth its unique theme, Lakshya stood out from the rest of the like. Coordinated with ‘Mass Action for Plastic waste free Calicut (MAP)’, Lakshya marked its entry not just as a technical event but also as a socially committed reformation, linking technology and humanity. Lakshya’13 demanded the recognition for renewable energy sources. Looking towards the future, building on the past, its all about innovation these days. A lot of people are thinking about it, but we are problem hunters & solution creators. Our vision is to create solutions that enhance productivity, reduce efforts and add values to existing technolgies. With a strong backbone of Lakshya’11 & Lakshya’13, we hope to use innovative techniques and strategies to meet global demands and pave the way towards an innovative future.
