The primary objective of organizing this event is to give the engineering students, an exposure to the world of real automobile engineering and a stage where they can get hands on experience and showcase their out of the box thinking capabilities with their brilliant innovations which may be a part of the future mobility. The aim is to design, develop and fabricate a robust vehicle having all the prerequisite qualities of a typical off road vehicle. The project inculcates and channelizes the exuberance of the youth by providing them an massive platform to prove their worth, giving them a pragmatic exposure to the real world challenge as encountered in the industry and prepare them for the scenario of neck cutting competition being experienced by the automotive engineers in todayâ€™s world. Each team is competing to have its design accepted for manufacture by a fictitious firm. The students must function as a team to design, engineer, build, test, promote and compete with a vehicle within the limits of the rules. They must also generate financial support for their project and manage their educational priorities.
