‘OZMENTA’ has been the solitary brand name of the Department of CSE - VEC, since 2008. Now entering its fifth consecutive year of glorious success, the events history has amassed a whooping count of an average of over 6000 students from the nook and cranny of the country. We consider the brand ‘OZMENTA’ has our own every year, as this event is is conducted by the students, for the students. The event has also formed great tie-ups with its sponsors every year. We also have redundant crowd who never get enough of ‘OZMENTA’!! Pretty awesome, right?! Also Velammal Engineering College, being one the top colleges in Chennai & affiliated to Anna University, Chennai, has been very kind to its CSE students and staff, by showing its support towards the event every year, since its inception. Also listed in the top engineering colleges in Tamilnadu, VEC has provided outstanding achievers, by providing them the paraphernalia for glory and success.
