Well well…!!Presenting you with an event which puts the ability to negotiate, be diplomatic and using one’s influential skills to test. With a set of five rounds this event promises to put to proof the peoples skills of future HRs with a fun angle to it.
The event starts with an online quiz based on HR concepts and generally discussed topics in this domain followed by a series of rounds. Top 10 teams will make it to the NMIMS, Bangalore campus to fight it out against the best.

This event consists of a series of five rounds:
• Round 1: HR based online quiz
• Rounds 2-5: Campus rounds, stay tuned for more details
Rules & Regulations:
• This event is open to students currently undergoing full-time under-graduate/post-graduate courses
• This is a team event. Each team must consist of 2 individuals
• All members of a team must belong to the same institute and must be pursuing the same degree (but there is no bar on specialization)
• A student can be a part of one and only one team
• It is an on campus event. The participants have to register as teams prior to the event
• All decisions in matters of eligibility, authenticity and final judgments will be with organizing committee, RANG & NITYAKSH’15, NMIMS, Bangalore
• The format and structure of events is subject to change before the actual beginning of the event
1st Prize Worth : INR 6,000
2nd Prize Worth : INR 4,000

Announcement of Shortlisted Teams: 9th January 2015
Final round at NMIMS, Bangalore: 23rd-24th January, 2015
