Brainbuxa seeking a Human Resources Executive who can develop effective relationships with all the employees and provide a professional HR service.
Here's what we're looking for:
- Employee Engagement: Design employee engagement programs and roll-out across the organization.
- Formulate and rollout succession planning and career pathing related initiatives.
- Work out people strategy for the zone and derive new organization design for better governance.
- Develop and ensure smooth functioning of all HR processes like database management, etc.
- To develop and implement HR policies for attracting and retaining the best talent
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team spirited environment.
- A tertiary qualification in human resources management or business management and extensive knowledge of and experience within an HR environment.
- A demonstrated track record in developing and implementing strategic business and HR objectives within a complex, multi-business organization
- Superior interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation, and consultative skills at all levels.
- Ability to engage with and win the respect of leaders to successfully influence them on key change initiatives.
