An outcome From a great association In between "Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd." & "The Department of Training & Technical Education" (DTTE), the very first batch of Samsung Advanced Repair and Industrial Skills Enhancement (A.R.I.S.E) training program running at Samsung Technical Schools in Delhi NCR, were being awarded by certificates for successfully completing the certification Program today.
Mr. Arun Mishra, Additional Secretary, Department of Training & Technical Education, Govt of NCT of Delhi, congratulated all the students & appreciated the corporate like Samsung for providing our youth an opportunity to gain the technical skills to meet our industrial demands & supporting the employment rate positively.
Mr. Daniel Park, Senior Vice President, Customer Satisfaction, Samsung India said "“ "With the advancement of technology, the industry is in a heavy requirement of such manpower who are technically sound & practically experienced. This certification program by Samsung will surely help students in being profitable for the present industry & open newer possibilities for people through possibilities.
In the A.R.I.S.E program, 78 enthusiastic students received the training on Troubleshooting & repairing of various electrical gadgets & appliances like "“ mobile phones,television,home appliances,home theaters, etc.The students also had an experience to visit and understand how the Samsung Service Partners work. Most of them have already been employed at Samsung Service Partners in NCR & others will soon get an opportunity to be a part of such corporate.
'Samsung Technical Lab' was set up at Sir C.V. Raman Industrial Training Institute at Dheerpur, Delhi. Samsung Technical Labs will eventually be expanded to cover other ITI and other institutes in India.A.R.I.S.E. programme focuses more on the technical knowledge & Industrial practical training to keep youth moving hand in hand with the advancement in technology. Along with the technical training, they are being trained with soft skills also like customer interaction & new product installation, which ultimately works on customer satisfaction.
