Minutes after the exam began on Monday, March 11, the accountancy question paper of Karnataka II PUC exam was found making rounds on the social communication app WhatsApp.
Reaction of the State Minister on the leaked exam
State Minister for Primary and Secondary Education, Tanveer Sait, labeled the incident as a mischief and said "he has directed the Deputy Commissioner of Raichur to probe the matter."

Director C Shikha, Department of Pre University Education, said that reports about the paper leak were first received by the Raichur Deputy Commissioner. These reports came into light two hours after the exam started at 12:30.
