Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Carrying a directive of training and placing more than 1.1 lakh students, the Anuna Education has entered a MoU with Adecco India, a well known international placement firm to ensure placements for graduates from their skill development program.
Based out of Lucknow with learning centres spread across entire North India, Anuna Education focuses on delivering managerial skills of world class level to the youth in India.
Mr. Amit Iqbal, the Director-Founder of Anuna Education remarked, "NSQF is a revolutionary new framework released by Government of India & NSDC that provides unprecedented quality assurances to employers about the skill level of a particular candidate. This framework is already present in over 140 countries including the European Union and allows students to start at entry-level and go all the way CEO/Doctorate levels. From 2017 Government of India shall make NSQF certificates mandatory for all Central Government & PSU jobs as well,"
Adecco India's team lead for UP and Uttaranchal, Mr. Jitendra Kumar Dixit said, "There are big gaps between what our employers demand and what the market provides. Many candidates have degrees and certificates but little to no practical skills. We are quite impressed with Anuna Education's abilities to bridge this skill-gap by providing quality management professionals that can work in managerial/supervisory level job-roles across various sectors such as Banking, Finance, Insurance, IT, Agriculture, Automobile, Healthcare, Renewable Energy, Retail, etc. Adecco India shall be working with Anuna Education to provide placement & internship services free-of-charge to Anuna Education's students, as well as, conduct a variety of seminars & workshops to help candidates better prepare themselves for the job market."
The Operations' Chief at Anuna Education, Ms. Ruby Srivastava remarked, "Under our MoU with Adecco India, we shall not only be helping our own NSDC students get quality employment, but shall also be extending these services to students under various government funded skills training schemes such as those being run under Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission (UPSDM)." She further went on to say that "There are many public & private sector entry-level jobs for which UPSDM candidates can qualify for. We shall be providing them with free workshops to sharpen their interview skills, as well as, avail opportunity to undertake further training under NSQF for managerial job roles.
