As per the reports, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will declare the results of the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) mains exam on 27th April.
All the candidates who appeared for the exam can check their results by visiting the official website http://jeemain.nic.in. The candidates need to follow up the link provided followed up by filling up the particulars details like name ,roll number etc., and after submitting the same, the result will be displayed on the screen .
The exam was held in both the modes offline and online, the dates for offline mode were April 3 and the online mode was on April 9th and April 10th.
The test included two papers for the two different courses; paper 1 was for (B.E/B.TECH) and paper2 (B.Arch./Planning).
PAPER1(B.E/B.TECH): This paper was of MCQ multiple choice question based on physics, maths and chemistry.
PAPER2 (B.Arch./Planning): This paper was based on aptitude, maths and drawing test.
For this exam, around 12 lakhs candidates appeared, from across 129 cities. This JEE exam shortlisted candidates get a seat in the government institutes like IITs, NITs and other central funded technical universities. The candidates who get shortlisted in this round need to appear for one another round of JEE - the advance round, and the registration for the same will begin from April 29th to may 4th.
