Admit cards for the NEET 2019 exam will be released on April 15. The admit cards will be released on the official website of the National Testing Agency or NTA. NTA is a newly established test agency under the aegis of MHRD which conduct the exams for engineering, medical undergraduates courses and various other exams. Candidates who have registered for the exam can visit the official website and download the admit cards once they are released by the NTA.
NEET is scheduled to be held on May 5, 2019 and the results for the same will be released on June 5, 2019. For admit cards and results, students are required to the refer the official websites -- nta.ac.in and ntaneet.nic.in.
From this year onward, NEET scores will remain valid for three years. The exam will be held in 11 different languages -- English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu. Mock tests for NEET are also available on the official website of NTA. Candidates can download them and practice them.
Earlier, the exam was conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The exam is conducted for admissions to MBBS/ BDS Courses in India in Medical/ Dental Colleges which are running with the approval of Medical Council of India/ Dental Council of India under the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India except for the institutions established through an Act of Parliament i.e. AIIMS and JIPMER Puducherry.
