Role of the working women in the day care activities with their children

Today the world is full of different types of opportunities and jobs where nobody can be behind to shows his strength .In this environment the women are also not far behind.Today the women are doing a job in each and every sectors.According to Education to Enpowerement the survey had been conducted by TFWW it has been found that 2/3rd of the women are unanable to work the reason is the primary emphasis on the “ child care”.On 5th july 2014 the foundation has been conducted by TFWW and it has been found that the women largest emphasis will laid on the day – centre centres which favours the working women and allow them to doing a job .In a country where less than the third of the females are active in the economy the onus of care giving women is one of the most important factor for dettering the women for doing a job.
The fireside chat laid the emphasis on the working women that there are certain factors that determines the accessibility of success of the day care centres ranging from high to low quality mind sets.Deepti a working women and the consultant indicating the need for the day care and put her prejudices that when she returned to U.S. and when she put her child in the day care she considered that she is included in those horrible mums who put her child into the day care centres.
Smitha Polite the mother of an eleven year old girl put forwaded the view that only those women access the day care centres who lack the quality of caring towards their children. She quit her job for more than four year to look after her daughter and will provides the basic care.
Dr.Anju Khan chief mentor at IPSAA, a Gurgaon day care centre said that they serves the day care centres as a medium for providing the social services.We builda quality based day care centres as every person wants to maintains her standards.
The fireside chat marked the review of the TFWW’s campaign to understand the role of the government organizations and the conditions of the day care centres and the corporate needs to play to plug the gap of the existent and enables working families.
