JRE School of Management, one of the leading management institutes of India invited Shri Jagmohan as a guest lecturer to share his enriching experience of public governance with the students.
The session began with a warm welcome speech by Prof Pankaj Gupta, Director, JRE-SOM introducing Shri Jagmohan to the students. Shri Jagmohan has been an outstanding civil servant, Parliamentarian, Union Minister and original thinker and writer.
He shared his views on," Regeneration of Healthy Values for Honest & Result oriented Public and Corporate Governance". He talked about Indian Civilization and Culture of India in current situations. He raised his voice against various fundamental issues deeply rooted in our Indian Culture which are increasing every day. Discussing, various scams like 2G scam, CWG issue and many others, he said "that it is not a society or regulatory problem; we first need to change our thinking and initiate by looking various issues with new angle. He shared his thoughts about his book" My Frozen Turbulence in Kashmir" and discussed all the disorder happened and how they overcame it. He motivated students not only to look at positive side of India but also initiate analyzing where India is lagging behind like, poverty, illiteracy, Child Marriages, farmer suicide etc.
