In order to benefit students, TimesPro (an education
initiative by The Times of India Group) has partnered with Capital First, which
is a financial institution. This is with a view to offer MBA scholarships up to
Rs 1 crore to 200 deserving students across the country.
The students who win this scholarship will be awarded grants
to study MBA at any one of the five partnered universities across India. This
is under the TimesPro MBA Career Lift Scholarship Program.
The five partnered
universities where the scholarship winners may pursue MBA are Ajeenkya DY Patil
University (Pune), KL University (Hyderabad), Sharda University (Noida), Jain
University (Bangalore) and SRM University (Chennai).
The partnership with Capital First Limited will benefit
students as financial assistance will be given to meritorious students from the
economically weaker sections of the society to help them afford admissions for
higher education.
Who are eligible to apply?
All those under 25 years of age and must have a score of 50%
and above in Class 10, Class 12 and graduation can apply under TimesPro MBA
Career Lift Scholarship Program.
Other factors include that candidates must have completed
their Class 10 without any drops/gaps and should have completed graduation from
an Indian university only. They can register online till January 31st 2016.
