Ending the long waiting period of the students, Delhi University finally released the second cut-off list for its various undergraduate courses on June 30. The official list is available at the www.du.ac.in.
Although, there is a dip in the percentage required for admission in the second cut-off list, but the drop is not significant and most renowned colleges have maintained the 95 percent plus requirement.
For most of the courses such as BA Programme, English (Hons), BCom (Hons), Political Science (Hons) and Physics (Hons the dip varies between 0.25 percent and 1 percent.
Comparison between first and second cut-off list
- Economics cut-off was lowered from 97 and 97.25 percent from 97.50 percent for the Hansraj and Hindu College.
- At Shri Ram College of Commerce, the cut-off for the BCom (Hons) came down to 97.5 percent from 97.75 percent.
