The result of Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) (Assistant Commandants) written examination were declared by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on their official website and all those candidates who have cleared the same are now required to fill up the Detailed Application Form (DAF).
The examination was conducted on June 26. All those candidates who have qualified this exam are now eligible to appear for the physical standards test/physical efficiency test and medical standards test. Around 10 per cent of the total vacancies will be reserved for ex-serviceman candidates. After the interview, the candidates will be arranged by the commission in the order of merit as disclosed by the aggregate marks finally awarded to each candidate in the examination.
Hard copy of the online filled DAF, along with relevant documents like proof of date of birth, educational qualification, caste, civilian central govt. service employee, resident of J & K etc is to be submitted by the candidates to the BSF authorities at the time of conducting their PST/PET/MST.
How to fill the DAF:
The candidate are required to fill up and submit online detailed application form along with scanned copies of the relevant documents by using the website, www.upsc.gov.in
The marksheets and other related information will be put on the website, within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result (after conducting personality test), and shall remain available there for a period of 30 days.
