Among these clerk service is one. For the recruitment of Soldiers Clerks in Indian Army conducts an exam namely Indian Army Soldier Clerk Exam. The Indian Army Soldiers Clerk examination is held four times a year and is advertised in the Employment News and leading newspapers.
• Eligibility
Nationality: Unmarried Indian male citizens (including those of Nepal ) are eligible.
Age: 17½-23 Years.
Educational Qualification for Indian Army Soldiers Clerk: 10+2 / Intermediate exam passed in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English. No weightage for higher qualification.

• Paper pattern
Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a Indian Army Soldiers Clerks written test. Common Entrance Examination (CEE) is conducted on 4th Sunday of Jan, Mar, May, Jul. Sep & Nov. for recruitment of Soldiers. It comprises of following two papers:
Paper – l: It generally comprises of questions on IQ, Numerical ability general knowledge and current affairs. Duration of papers is 60 minutes.
Total marks: 100 Pass Marks 32.
Paper – II: It generally comprises of Maths & English (Language Proficiency). Duration – 30 minutes.
Total Marks: 50
Pass Marks: 16
• How to apply?
The candidates eligible for the concerned recruitment must participate in the recruitment scheduled to be held from 1st November 2014 to 8th November 2014 at the specified venues. The applicants must carry all the necessary documents with them at the time of rally. This includes the original and two attested copies of educational mark sheets and certificates, nativity certificate, biodata, NCC & Sportsman certificate and any other certificate as per the applicability of applicant concerned.
