• Overview
Madhya Pradesh Dental/ Medical Admission Test (MP DMAT 2015) is a medical entrance exam conducted by the Association of Private Dental and Medical Colleges (APDMC) of Madhya Pradesh. The exam is conducted for the admission to various medical and dental colleges of Madhya Pradesh. Every year thousands of candidates appear for the exam, to get admission into various government and private medical colleges of Madhya Pradesh.
• Eligibility
1. The candidates appearing for DMAT 2015 exam must ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria. The MP DMAT exam 2015 is conducted for the admission to more than 2000 MBBS and BDS seats in more than 20 medical colleges across Madhya Pradesh. The details of the eligibility criteria for the admission to various courses are mentioned below:
2. The candidate must have passed class 12th or appearing for the exams from a recognized board.
3. The candidate must have secured a minimum of 50% as aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
4. The candidate should not be less than 17 years of age (as mentioned in the guidelines specified by APDMC).
• Paper pattern
The candidates, who are looking to crack the MP DMAT exam, must understand the MP DMAT exam pattern. The exam pattern comprises of pattern of questions, and no. of question and the time limit of the examination. The candidates have to secure qualifying marks in order to get the admission to various private and government medical colleges of the state. The admission will be based on the rank scored by the candidates in the MP DMAT 2015.
The exam will consist of total 200 questions, from Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. Each subject will contain 50 questions. The time duration of the exam will be 3 hours.

• How to apply?
The candidates can purchase the application forms from the following Centres:
1. The application form for DMAT can be purchased from all participating colleges/association office on the payment of Rs. 750 through cash or Demand Draft drawn in favour of APDMC, payable at Bhopal.
2. The Application forms for DMAT can also be purchased from selected branches of SBI on payment of Rs. 750.
3. The candidates can also obtain the application form by post from participating colleges/association office by sending a demand draft of 850 drawn in favour of APDMC, payable at Bhopal.
• Schedule
1. Application form along with brochure will be declared on the official website on 3rd week of May, 2015.
2. Closing date for application form is 4th week of June.
3. Examination date Second Last date of June.
