• Overview
National Academy of Agricultural Research Management conducts an all-India level competitive examination, namely, Indian Council of Agricultural Research Senior Research Fellowship (PGS) entrance exam, for enrolling students to PhD program in Agriculture and Allied Science subjects. The institute is located in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. It was established in 1976 as a constituent unit of Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi. The program is a three-year full time course and the final selection of the candidates is based on the merit list prepared through marks obtained by them in the entrance test.
• Eligibility
The candidates must have done post graduation or its equivalent with minimum 55% marks (50% for reserved categories) in the relevant field, from any recognized University.
• Paper pattern
There will be 2 papers in it. All the questions in both papers will be objective types. Paper I will be based on General Knowledge & General Awareness in Agriculture. Paper II will be on 13 major subject groups.
