Overview (Introduction begins here!!)
NERIST Entrance Examination is commonly known as NEE 2016. The examination is organized by the North Eastern Regional Institute of Science & Technology (NERIST), Nirjuli, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. The institute was established by the Government of India in the year 1983. The courses offered are Base Module (Certificate Course), Diploma Module & Degree Module Courses in Technology streams and also Degree Module course in Forestry. The examination for admission is a three levels/courses.

How to Apply (Accelerate Yourself!!)
The forms are online on the NEE official website: www.neeonline.ac.in.
The candidates can fill the application form by filling all details.
The candidates have to produce mark sheets / grade cards/ pass certificates on the day of counseling or admission.
After filling in details submit the fee as specified below:
- General and OBC candidates Rs 750
- SC, ST, PH candidates Rs 400

The examination is organized in one paper of 150 marks of three hours duration. The NEE I question paper will be consisting of three sections:

NEE-II (PCM) : Candidates who want to take admission in Diploma Module of Technology Stream, with an academic qualification of 12th class with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics shall have to attempt NEE-II (PCM). Question paper has three sections viz. Section A, Section B and Section C
