Staff Selection Commission (SSC) every year announces the recruitment to the post of Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Quantity Surveying and Contract) Exam. The Staff Selection Commission organizes an examination that is SSC JE 2016. All the candidates who have qualified in the Paper-I will only be allowed to appear for Paper-II.

Eligibility Criteria (Do you have it in you!!)
Nationality/citizenship
A candidate must be an Indian citizen or anyone of the following:
a. Subject of Nepal
b. Subject of Bhutan
c. Tibetan refugee who arrived in India before 1 January 1962 to permanently settle in India
d. A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam to permanently settle in India.
Educational Qualification
SSC JE (Civil), Border Roads Organization (BRO) Ministry of Defense – Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University or Institute (Desirable – Two years working experience in the field of civil construction in monitoring and executive of projects).
SSC JE (Electrical and Mechanical), Border Roads Organization (BRO) Ministry of Defense – Three years Diploma in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) from a recognized University or Institute (Desirable – Two years working experience in the field of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering in the area of construction in monitoring and executive of projects).

How to Apply (Accelerate Yourself!!)
The applicants can apply both online and offline. The applicants have to fill the form after registration.
Once the form is filled applicants have to upload the photograph and signature.
Finally the applicants the unreserved male categories have to pay fee for the examination.
