XAT is a national level examination conducted in various cities of India by XLRI on the behalf of XAMI. XAT is entrance for various institutes of management studies. The score of XAT-XLRI admission test is being used by hundreds of institutes for admission for admission to Post Graduate Management Programme in XLRI Jamshedpur and many other top MBA Colleges and B-Schools in India. XAT 2016 will be conducted on Sunday 3rd January 2016. XAT 2016 would be conducted across India in the following cities.

XAT Eligibility Criteria:
Must have a Bachelorâ€™s degree of minimum three years duration or equivalent in any discipline.
Those who are in the final year and appearing in the final examination by June 10, 2016 may also apply.
Only Indian candidates can apply, however NRI and foreign candidates may apply through GMAT score (except Dubai and Kathmandu wherein candidates have an option of appearing for XAT 2016).
Significant changes in XAT 2016:
The number of questions in the paper is reduced to 78 and the time is increased by 20 minutes, that means now you have 170 minutes to answer the question paper.

Indian candidates applying through the XAT 2016 Rs. 1500/- and Rs. 250/- each for every additional programme of XLRI
Foreign and NRI candidates applying through XAT 2016 $50 and $25 each for every additional programme of XLRI
Indian candidates through GMAT Rs 2500/-
Foreign and NRI candidates through GMAT Rs. 5000/-
