Job Details :

Post Name : Company Secretary

No of Vacancy : 02 Posts
Pay Scale : Rs. 31705-45950/-

Post Name : Officer (Security)

No of Vacancy : 05 Posts
Pay Scale : Rs. 23700-42020/-

Educational Qualification :

Company Secretary : Graduate from a recognized University and Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and 2 years post qualification experience in a Listed Company.
Officer (Security) : Graduation or any equivalent qualification and Worked as Junior commissioned Officer in Army/ Navy/ Air Force for at least 5 years or Officer in the rank of Inspector of Police or equivalent in Paramilitary forces/ Sub Inspector in investigating cadre having at least 5 years of working experience in the same rank.

Age Limit : As on 01.04.2016

Company Secretary : 21 to 35 years
Officer (Security) : 21 to 40 years

Age Relaxation :

OBC Candidates : 3 years
SC/ST Candidates : 5 years
PWD Candidates : 10 years

Selection Process :

Selection will be made on Group Discussion & Personal Interview.
