Educational Qualification :
- Faculty : Graduate/ Post Graduate viz. MSW/MA in Rural Development/ MA in Sociology/ Psychology/ B.Sc. (Veterinary), B.Sc.(Horticulture), B.Sc. (Agri), B.Sc. (Agri Marketing)/ B.A with B.Ed.
- Office Assistant : Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com with computer knowledge.
- Attendant : Matriculate with ability to read & write the local language.
- Watchman/ Gardener : Candidates must have passed 7th Standard with experience in agriculture/ gardening/ horticulture.
- Nationality : Indian
- Age Limit : 22 to 40 years (as on 31.05.2016)
Selection Process : Selection will be made on Written Test, Personal Interview & Demonstration/ Presentation.
Application Fee : Candidates belonging to General/OBC/Ex-Servicemen have to pay Rs. 400/- & Rs. 50/- (for SC/ST/PWD candidates) through Demand Draft drawn in favour of Dena Rural Development Foundation payable at Ahmedabad/ Raipur.
