Educational Qualification :

For General Manager : MBA /Masters in Social Science/ PGDM with Specialization in HR/ Mass Communication/ Journalism with relevant experience in the relevant field.
For HR Specialist : MBA /Master in Social Science / PGDM in specilization in HR and experience of at least five years in the field of health.
Nationality : Indian

Age Limit :

For General Manager : 50 years
For HR Specialist : 45 years
