Educational Criteria :
Manager (Legal) : Graduate along with LLB (Professional) in 1st division with 10 years enrollment as an advocate and having experience in handling legal matters in public sector undertaking/banks with knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit upto matric or Hindi as one of the subject in Higher Education.
Editor : Graduate with Economics or Public Administration or Sociology or Commerce or three years professional LLB degree with Labour Laws as one of the subject and Degree in Journalism from any recognized University with knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit upto matric or Hindi as one of the subject in Higher Education.
Assistant Labour Commissioner : Law Graduate with labour laws as one of the subjects from any recognized University or Institution and Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard or Hindi as one of the subject in Higher Education.
Age Limit : As on 27.04.2016
Application Fee :
Candidates have to pay Rs. 500/- for General & all reserved categories of other State & Rs. 125/- for SC/ BC/ EBPG/ ESM/ Women candidates (for the post of Manager & Assistant Labour Commissioner) & for the post of Editor have to pay Rs. 125/- For Male/Female candidates of SC category of Haryana only. Candidates have to pay the fee through e-Challan in any branch of State Bank of India, State Bank of Patiala after 48 hours of registration of online application form. Physically Handicapped are exempted from payment of application fee.
