Educational Qualification :

For Personal Officer : Bachelorâ€™s Degree from a recognized university or equivalent qualification with post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Industrial Relation & personal Management or Social Work or Master Degree in Business Administartion .
For Welfare Officer : Degree in Social Science or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relation and Personal Management establish by Law.
Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : 21 to 40 years as on 01.01.2016

Selection Process : Selection will be based on Written Test (Computer Based Test) CBT & Interview.

Application Fee : General /OBC (NCL) Candidates have to pay Rs.1000/- ( Rs.700/- for SC/ST ) for Personal Officer & Rs.700/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST) for Welfare Officer through Debit Card/Credit Card/SBI Net Banking OR Challan. PH Candidates there is no Fee.
