- Skilled Work Assistant : Matriculation/ ITI or equivalent from recognized Board/University/Institution.
- Out Board Engine Driver : Matriculation/ ITI or equivalent from recognized Board/University/Institution with Valid License in Motor Boat/Out Board Engine Driving
- Age Limit : 18 to 30 years
