The profile in the organization will be to work in the aspect of Management. Trainers who are ready to take the challenge of the corporate world and are ready to mould themselves to become the top most global leaders.
Trainers would be involved in training delivery (Both Practical and theory as per the content), networking with the potential employers and ensure the placements
To ensure continuous improvement in the training metrics of the process.
To define, standardize and monitor training parameters and thereafter make recommendations for ongoing improvements
Conduct Product, Soft skills,
Perform monitoring coaching sessions to identify training needs, conduct re freshers and develop improvement action plan
Identifying and analyzing training needs
Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills:-
Work as a Single point of contact for all non ops departments and identify, evaluate & coordinate operational, Admin, IT and HR issues
Timely closure of all processes and other requirements for self and Team.
To lead a teams available resources in order to deliver a quality service to customers in line with agreed service standards
Quality and Process improvement Initiatives
Ensure feedback for the process/Continuous Process improvement.
