1) - Responsible for customer relation services , pre sales, post sales documentation management, Possessions & Registries activities.
2) - Maintain the daily post sales collection reports.
3) - Handle all the letters preparation & dispatch to clients
4) - Handle all the documents filing work (e.g. receipt, invoice, allotment letter etc).
5) - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and payment realted issues.
6) - Addressed customers face-to-face regarding their concerns and produced positive customer feedback after resolving customer complaints
7) - Responsible to maintain daily complain tracker, Daily Feedbacks from clients, coordination among different departments.
8) - Resolving customer complains through E-mails, calls & direct walk-ins.
