1) - Responsible for operating F&B outlets assigned to him/ her.
2) - Monitoring & ensuring F & B service operations are running smoothly.
3) - Organizing duty roster of service staff.
4) - Cost control, inventory, Training
5) - Maintaining SOP for quality.
6) - Should able to introduce innovative ideas for generating targeted sale
7) - Guest interaction, menu planning.
8) - Addressing guest requirement and reaching to them.
Desired Profile:
1) - Responsible for operating F&B outlets assigned to him/ her.
2) - To recommend food and beverage service standards & implement and
3) - follow on standard operating procedure.
4) - Degree/Diploma holder of HM.
5) - Good communication skill.
