1) - Front desk and visitor management
2) - Receiving and relaying telephone messages. Greeting & directing visitors as appropriate
3) - Looking after the cleanliness & upkeep of the reception & conference rooms.
4) - Booking rooms and conference facilities. Coordinating with the Global reservation teams for video conference bookings
5) - Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post
6) - Providing support for Billing and Invoicing
7) - Ensure proper inventory of all consumables and staff requirements i.e. Pantry, Caf, etc.
8) - Maintaining the general filing system and filing all correspondence.
Performing other administrative work like supervision on housekeeping and other administration purchases viz. office stationery items, eatables, flowers or bouquets etc
