Job Profile Marketing Executives (Industry Real Estate )
1) - Attending Sales Enquiry, doing follow ups for sales conversion. Making outdoor sales visit to individual customers, corporate, etc. Work on lead generation activity, responsible for effective lead conversion.
2) - Taking active part in sales promotional activities in the field, work as a team member. Keeping contacts with brokers/property consultants toward liquidation of stocks & market research.
3) - Having experience in outdoor activities like corporate presentations, road shows, etc. Making customer site visits.
4) - Ability to handle customer grievances & queries. Following Leads from the market, Follow up with buyers and generating new leads.
5) - Designing Marketing Strategies & executing them. Social Media Marketing. Generating Sales from existing customer database, Negotiating terms and confirm Sales booking.
6) - Report on marketing activities on daily/weekly basis.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
1) - Graduate in any field.
2) - Commercially aware.
3) - Must own Vehicle and driving license.
4) - Proficiency in regional languages preferred, in addition to proficiency in Hindi and English.
5) - Shall be prepared travel extensively to meet customers.
6) - Ability to create result-oriented travel-plans.
7) - Must have pleasing personality and convincing skills.
