1) - Implement innovative sales strategy to achieve sales target of Residential projects of the Company.
2) - Execute marketing strategies and sales plan.
3) - Participate in various events & exhibitions to promote sales of the Company.
4) - Ensure smooth sales administration in terms of billing, collections, customer correspondences, MIS reports etc.
5) - Ensure timely collection of due amount from sold Flats / Shops.
6) - Coordinating with channel partners and visiting sole sellers office for updates.
7) - Monitor the sales activities for the project and resolve any issues that may arise.
8) - Provide regular feedback on potential Sales and operating issues to Management.
9) - The candidate should also have good knowledge and exposure in After Sales Customer Care and services related activities to facilitate smooth handover of possession to customer.
